Our 2012 car with some updates including NVH and handling kit has about 7k on the clock and is suffering from a number of the issues known on earlier cars, including sprocket wear and bevel box noise. I don't think maintenance issues should be a cause for concern, but expensive low mileage issues (bevel box) or roadside stoppages (throttle cable failure) certainly are. In the case of the latter, at least some are certainly an easy and inexpensive item to resolve at source, either by design at Morgan (ideally) and/or by careful service checks.
