At the moment the Black Dinitrol 4941 is sprayed liberally over the underside, and inside the spare wheel hole.
The transmission tunnel is masked off.
It's very effective at keeping the water out, but I prefer the earlier golden wax underseal (ML3125?)which the factory used around 2005.
