Hi John, I have used floor paint in several garages and I have to say it does need refreshing and how long it lasts is very dependent on sealing the concrete properly first (PVA with water mix 50/50). I am looking for an end of roll heavy vinyl for my garage as I think this may be a better solution, easier to wash down and clean. However if using axle stands or jacks then I think care would be needed by putting think wood strips under to ensure the vinyl is not punctured. Heavy carpet tiles appeal but then the can collect oil/grease and could easily start to look messy.
