Whilst at the NEC show today, I visited both the Mototile and the Ecotile stands. Both products seem to be good, solid, sturdy tiles, they both come in all the colours and all the patterns (grey coin-top is my choice) but for me Ecotile came out in front, for 3 reasons:
1. The tiles are manufactured in the UK, in Luton as opposed to Motoile which are imported from China
2. The salesman lives locally to me, and I'm a big believer in doing business as close to home as possible
3. The company is very happy to talk about environmental issues and understands the importance of managing the impact of their manufacturing process
All of which means my money will be going in Ecotile's direction.
