That is quite a humbling story Doug. Thanks for sharing it. I was watching the program on Sellafield last week and the designer insisting on a filter system having saved many people.
It makes you glad that Engineering was such a formal occupation with seriously vested people. I do worry about the computer induced learning skills of many modern industries. Reliance on artificial tools does not bode well.
