Agreed value is probably cheapest but does not accumulate a NCB.
Not necessarily true. Although the current insurer of my three wheeler does not assign a NCB, that is because it is a so called classic policy. I've had otherwise ordinary policies though that were agreed value, all depends on what the insurer offers. You certainly want to go through one of the recognised brokers.
I currently have to provide photos every three years, but not any declaration from a dealer.
