Agreed value is worthwhile as it creates some certainty should the worst happen.
I was with a different broker at one time who agreed mine from six photos. I'm now with Gott & Wynne who send out a form at renewal every other year and Kevin Vernon has always completed it for me at no charge (although I am a customer)
