Paint coated chassis get damaged through impact and flexing and then water creeps under and the coating comes off, and the only simple way is to paint with hammerite, if you can get to it. If I was going to buy a new trad Mog I think I would stipulate, collecting my chassis before build then getting it galvanised and giving it back to the factory to build the car. If they weren't prepared to let me do that then I would buy something else.



Yep , wire brush , screwdriver , hammer and light chisel , try not to damage plastic body , give chassis a good spray with anti rust fluid and then put waxoil on with pressure sprayer , 390se and seac 450 !
