I don't doubt for a minute that this paint process is very good, but Morgans penny pinching will reduce the quality and hence the protection of the chassis.
From my experience with this management at MMC I have totally lost faith in any of there recent decisions.I am looking forward to the comments of new AR P4 owners if they ever get there cars.

A lot of the fastenings they use are absolutely rubbish. I have three of the undersized screws that hold the tool tray that have simply broken. Some fasteners have no plating and are only blacked which gives enough protection to stop corrosion while they are on the shelf in the store. The others have minimal barrel plating that lasts 10 minutes. Simply not good enough, My steering shaft where it passes through the firewall has not paint or plating at all but it does have about 1 mm of rust. This is in a car less that 3 years old!! Not good enough Morgan swear
