The seats... The car is coach built, so although there are fixed dimensions to things, stuff will have been 'adjusted' to fit.

The wooden frame might be better than one would think, but the longer it stays bolted to that chassis won't help at all. However, with no photos showing the damage, I'd advise extreme caution here, quite obvious the scrappy is trying to maximise their income.

I'm guessing though that they are going to hold out for too much money, and anyone doing a rebuild will find it cheaper in the long run to buy new/reproduction parts. It's not as if there is a shortage of specialist making them.
