Interesting. I used to use a voice recorder when I worked - typically leaving a client and recording brief action points. Often wondered about the police's attitude. Glad I never found out.
Not sure the practical of reading and trying to drive.
A reasonable point, but drivers read all the time – satnavs, multi-function screens set in the dashboard, tiny buttons on radio/CD players. Not to mention the idiots who have maps draped over their steering wheels; and texting? Words fail me…
