Is it worth having a spare wheel and tyre cover? If so, where best to buy it, MMC themselves or get one made locally by an upholsterer for, hopefully less money.
Realistically - no! Rain will get in the hole where the T bar passes through so it will get wet inside. It's better to let the wheel rim breathe.
To be honest I prefer the look of a wire wheel over the look of a cover.
