I had problems with the 3. gear on my +4 2000 mod. The bushes was OK but the problem was the housing of the ball inside the remote unit, see attached picture. I did send the remote unit to Brands Hatch Morgan for service. I got exelent advice by phone from Keith at BHM seaching and fixing the problem.
