I wonder why all items with timepieces do not receive the off-air time signal.
Heating timers, car clocks, cookers &c. The receiver/decoder chip is cheap enough and implementing it in a clock design is not difficult.
It would just save so much hassle having to reset all these electronic clocks on a periodic basis.
Meanwhile, my watch is a Russian made self winding device guaranteed accurate within 1m per day. Usually it is about 58 or 59 sec fast per day...
