So this year (like many before) we've got several European trips organised but the question for three wheelers when driving across Europe is.
what legislation requirements are there for different European countries?
Example from what I've researched the M3W in France is considered to be a motorcycle so the requirements are
A. wearing helmets with reflective stickers fitted.
B. Carrying breathalysers
C. Reflective triangle to be carried within the group
D. Reflective Tabbard to be carried
E. Carrying your licence, insurance and MOT
What others or changes for different countries if any can be brought to the party🤔
You do not need a breathalyser. You are legally obliged to carry one but there is no penalty for not carrying one. Yes, really.
I am still unsure whether a helmet is legally required in France; I always wore one when I had my 3 Wheeler, mainly because my head was in the airstream even with a Fairbourne screen.
Otherwise, you have everything covered except:
F. Boosted self-confidence.
G. Restricted imagination.
Bonne route!
