Looking at these images I see that the high-level brake light is somewhat hidden by the luggage.
Is there any requirement (by law) to show the light if you have one? I remember reading recently about one guy who had an extension to the light so that it could be seen over the luggage parapet.
I am not a stickler for rules; just wondered if it mattered...
