thanks for all the responses on the issue of tightening the nut! The nut has never been swapped around and clearly has LHRear marked on it. Its the same wheel that failed a year ago and had a new hub fitted due to the damage it incurred (4 month delivery from Morgan!!!). I did witness them putting the wheel on when I had a new tyre and line up the grub screw with the slot. I checked the depth the grub screw went in and its the same as the rest.As someone else mentioned, its a pit there wasnt a way a hole could be drilled through the whole assembly and a split pin or similar be inserted -much more positive way of ensuring all is well! Off to the workshop tomorrow with the car - numerous stops on the way to make sure the wheel is still tightly secured!!! T
