It was a tongue in cheek reference to Oz! But here in the UK the signal can be pretty crappy to non existent in places. I'm just south of Birmingham, my provider O2 very kindly upgraded me to 4G free of charge...I'm lucky to get a bar of bog standard signal! The impetus has gone out of the market here I think....unless you live around London of course!
4 miles from Salisbury and we get, at last, a reliable 3G Vodafone signal, but this happened only at the end of last year.
According to their website maps we can also get 4G....might be time to upgrade...
