An excellent description: most of the hard part seems ot have been preparing the pullys to make them into sprocket carriers. Done as a production run it would probbly be just as economical to start from scratch.
There is an opportunity for someone to offer this conversion as a service.
All it needs is a ScottOiler to keep the chain oily and I'd expect a chain life of 20,000 miles.
