Had the same fault code p0442 with my S4 Aero, seems to occur when the tank has emptied down around half way after a fill. It resets OK and I do wonder if it is if the fuel cap isn't pushed home firmly enough to seal correctly? Now pushing cap well home before locking and all seems OK after a couple of fills.
