Perhaps as they haven't got themselves established in their homeland (if possible) we have ended up with the totally useless disenfranchised one's nowadays within Europe.
We have several migrants locally (yes even down here) that have just got their heads down and worked and they are totally accepted.
We have had Hungerford and Dunblane on our own shores long before this imported behaviour it's as well to remind ourselves.
