It also depends on if you are in a rush. If you want one to scratch an itch right now then you pay a little more. If you want a specific colour you wait a little longer due to the small number around and even smaller number that come to market.
I waited for 9 months to find the S2 the first time around. A few came up but they were not the right price/colours combo for my personal taste.
Or you spec a new S5. You will loose a little more in the short term but its all relative to having something wicked and to your own personal taste. If you look at the price of a secondhand Ferrari at this price level its pretty much going to be Red. Wheres your personal taste in that.
Or as Peter mentions consider a new +8. If you are going to use it as a summer car only the more complex lid is less of an issue. The styling is also the most Morgan-like.
