Well Paul, the labour cost would be £xxx, so would be way too expensive to sell.
MMC could make these by Superform (with some compromises on depth to "fit all")and fit to each car, but otherwise it's not really a commercial propositon.
The only commercial option would be to manufacture sections which could be 'fitted' and assembled to individual cars.
