For the other pics, I sealed all the little cavities with the Body Cavity Spray, some "waxy" stuff. The inside of the mudguard is treated with the Undersealing Spray, a rubber/bitumen mix which forms a tough but permanently elastic seal.

BTW, putting the mudguard back in place was pure **it!! sick
