Good find Arwyn and it looks very promising, that is not big money by special tool standards.
Have you actually tried it on wire wheel hubs yet?
My experience was that they were often really well stuck on, and it took an awful lots of force to put a shock load on them , or use of "the big warming spanner" before they would free off.
