Well Steve's said it all. What a wonderful trip.....an experience I'll not forget, with three great guys and of course Mario, Leo and their great family. We seemed to have packed in a hell of a lot in the past ten days since meeting at the services at Newbury where we stuck on our race numbers.....I think Ian's car must have been on a slope. We started laughing then didn't stop until we returned to Newbury Services this afternoon.

Highlights? Well for me it has to be my three drives up the hill with Mario in his Plus4 which he assures me is bog standard engine wise. If it is, I'll throw my three litre V6 in the bin! The car generated amazing levels of grip and showed just how good Morgan's can be on smooth Tarmac. A surface on a mountain road little more than a lane that puts the roads in the UK to shame. I shall treasure that video.
Of course there were other highlights....spending time with Mario and his family, the event itself, fantastic driving roads and scenery and the amount of attention the cars got in Spain in particular. People these days seem to aspire to be celebrities....all they need to do in reality, is drive a Morgan in Spain! And of course all the fun and crazy laughs with three great companions.
And I learnt one thing on this trip.......a close up of a folded bare arm looks remarkably like an arse!
