Interesting to see so many different entering procedures.
This one works for me (left hand drive): The driver's seat being in the most rear position, I (175 cm / 75 kg) make a fist with my right hand and place it on the driver's seat. Then I enter with the right leg, and place my butt on the seat. Then, I enter the left leg, and pull the seat into it's driving position. Voilą
To get out of the car, I push the seat into it's most rear position, stay seated, step out with the left leg first, then with the right, and stand up with the help of my hand, pushing on the seat.
In both cases, I avoid touching the steering wheel, because I suppose it could be bent when pushed or pulled.
