Cool. So all I need to do is take a set of stock pb bushes, chuck them up and take a couple of thou of the outer diameter, and bond them into the stub axle tubes using the kingpin to ensure alignment? Sounds much easier than faffing about with a reamer.
In principle that’s pretty much it just don’t get any Loctite on the pins

I see according to My supplier "Team Tube" (Canadian) the C1045 Hard Chrome Rod comes in 3 Chrome thicknesses. .001, .002 & .005
