There are at least a couple on the list that read like an ode to selfishness. To me the kids are the reason for working so hard and saving so hard and its good to "keep it" for them.

But #3 and #14 are important. I have done many daft and even more lazy things in my life but one really good thing was a "fit at fifty" campaign that has seen me being a regular gym goer ever since. By comparison with my peer group, it really has imprpoved my health or at least slowed the deterioration of age.

14 is important. Its my biggest worry about my son who has no hobbies outside the family
