With a strip of self adhesive neoprene around the inside of the chrome finisher.
Dave, Tarka whistles well..there is a short, 4" strip of thin foam at the top Clearly not enough.
Do you have a photo of the finishing ring with the neoprene fitted?
Then i'd know how and where to fit it!
