Re throttle position Giles....I made a small easy alteration to mine. It's mounted on two bolts (assuming it's fbw) and it's very easy to remove the lower bolt and swing the pedal up a couple of inches, then refit the bolt under the pedal rather than through it. This places the throttle roller just a little closer and, more importantly for me, places it in a proper relationship to the brake pedal. Heel and toe becomes easy. I did also reverse the side the roller was on, giving my feet a little more room.
