The indicator stalk and mechanism on my 1974+8 has been knocked about quite a bit – often by me getting in and out of the car! – Does anybody have any idea of the origin of this unit, I'm assuming it was probably quite a common unit' borrowed' from some other car manufacturers parts bin

Thanks for the responses to my earlier post on stainless steel wheel nuts – that certainly seems to have set off some discussion, hopefully this one will be simpler!!
