Probably the same as a '76 4/4. Was fited to a number of run of the mill cars of the time.
I managed to get one from Terry Foxen at GEE Ltd. He usually spots the odd one when it comes up for sale and keeps one in stock.
Recommend you add relays when you replace the switch as that should make it last a heck of a lot longer.
