Kenny I feel your pain. I'm unfortunately anal about such things and can let marks spoil ownership. I bought my car secondhand with lots of patina I hadn't appreciated.....I struggle a little sometimes.

Regarding your steering wheel marks, I've noted the ignition key is very sharp and now try to be careful when inserting/removing. Could it be the culprit?
