So I was thinking about possibly changing to a 4/4 four seater with room to take a wheelchair. However, I was fortunate to try a 4/4 at the factory tour (Bill's 1972 car) and, if anything, I think it was less straight forward than Thumper. There is an awful lot of knee twisting and leg turning to get round the scuttle, sill and dash on the passenger side.

So we stay as we are. I may fit a luggage rack to Thumper to take the elbow crutches as they are not a good idea in the cockpit.

Tim, try a later car, the doors are slightly bigger, and the seats go further back.
