As Tim says you can't tow with post 1998 Morgan as they along with many other cars are not certified under EU regs to tow. Be wary of special editions. A number of Ford cars such as the ST versions and the Fiesta Red Edition are not allowed to tow. So if buying a new car for towing check the weight plate first to see if it has a train weight listed. Don't rely on the dealer to tell you. We recently had a lady with a brand new Fiesta with a dealer fitted tow bar towing a small caravan that was illegal ! She was not best pleased.
