Good advice from Giles. The huge advantage of Morgans is that they don't really require much in the way of marque-specialist skills, they are of very simple construction.
The problem with restoring old cars is that will easily swallow many thousands of pounds in costs that will quickly exceed the market value of the finished car, so anything you can do to reduce those costs will help. And as Giles says, using local artisans and supporting your local economy is a great thing.
