If you can get one for the headline £30. I never have. Fair enough it is cheaper and so you might think they are more likely to drop the ball yet they are actually the largest and so have more chance of spare capacity.

Its not the price but the alignment - it may only be £30 but you probably have a lot of other things aligned around it and if it gets cancelled they all go to pot as well. People waiting, transport, work the next day.

I guess some of it is the old match-the-metrics challenge as well. As mentioned above delay is a big metric they look at. Load factor (full/empty seats) etc being another.
