Fortunately, the damage is restricted to the sheet aluminum, as it occurred in the section that juts a few inches out from the chassis tube.


You would be doing yourself a disservice if you replaced the body. I believe you would create more issues than you would resolve.

This damage is very repairable and you will not be reminded of its damage once fixed. If it were up on the top of the body someplace, it may be a bit different.

The lower beading can be straightened along with the lower side sheet aluminium.

I think you need to get a bit more though than having it "just repaired".
