I am still trying to solve My Sill Cover problem within My Skills. Here is My latest idea;

Not particularly inexpensive but looks like it has some benefits. This putty could be molded around the fuel lines and electric wires. Sanded, carved, painted or covered. The downside is can it be removed. I wonder if I layed plastic food wrap in first and built this structure up I could then remove it and/or screw it down with Wood Screws.
