Once had a westfield where the fule filter/regulator glass bowl came loose at speed. I passed an Audi TT at full chat with a foot wide fuel slick poring out the rear diffuser, having been pumped and dropped on the cold side of the engine and blown down the transmission tunnel. 20L of optimax in about 3 miles, that was a close one.
