The written road test in Autocar is almost ecstatic, within other articles it is mentioned. One telling comment was that the Alfa 4C seemed wonderful, but on British roads is disappointing, but the Alpine works on both rubbish roads and the track!
At £50k it will sell well, but FHD production doesn't start for 12 months.
I like the way Renault has captured the look of the original, at least from the front.
