We switched to a M3W from a 2014 BMW K1600GTL and can do 400-500 miles days w/o any issues. You would need to plan an oil service during your ride and figure out a luggage solution. A steering wheel spacer would allow more room for your legs. Sounds like an awesome adventure! 👍👍👍
P.S. I would change headlights to LEDs before the trip, the stock ones are very dim.
