Best to blank off the 2 outputs from the oiler button.
When my kingpins were updated we blanked off the oiler pipes under the wing, tying them back out of the way. However, the oiler valve eventually leaked and one of the oiler pipes deposited oil over the offside front suspension (fortunately missing the brakes).
As Owen says, if you blank off the feed point from the engine you need to re-arrange the oil pressure gauge feed.
This is what I did on all 3 of My Morgans. Makes things easy.
