If one had recently done a Speed Awareness Course, then one would be fully up to speed with the law regarding Gateway and repeater signs, and the arrangements for limit gradients (ie going though 30 - 40 - 50 limits and vice versa).

They also gave us a bit of training about hazard awareness which was very useful.
