I was flashed last night on the M40. It was the gantry with temp 40 speed limit on it as I was a hundred yards from it, it returned to NSL on the digital screens so accelerated back up to 70 and went under it and camera on gantry flashed.
What is interesting is I have front and rear cameras in the Tesla and have located the footage approaching the gantry and it clearly shows the signs at 40mph and then changing to NSL a hundred yards or so before I pass through and the rear footage shows the subsequent flash.
If I get a ticket, I will be going to court and producing my own photographic evidence!
