Boxsters don't do well do they. Too many for the sh market I suppose.

For any real comparison you'd have to adjust for the big gainers on both sides. Air cooled 911s and early Plus 8s for example.

My 2005 Roadster was just over 40k new and is still in the 35k region after 13 years. That's just a nice perk and helps justify the purchase.
I can't be bothered to check out 2005 Porsche performance but I would be surprised if it came near.
