I have an old Tecagun (tecalemit), and the fitting on the end of the nozzle unscrews a little to make it easier to fit over the nipple. You can still get them. Works a treat. Mind you, before I fitted the remote greasing kit, I needed a full body suit. Now I put on my dinner jacket to do it.
