Morgan also does the black-fade treatment around the lower corners, which just looks out of place (modern?) on the M3W to my eyes.
The fade does serve a purpose for modern cars in that it keeps a hard sunbleached line from forming on the dash. We don't have a dash...
As for the 'modern' look this car is a kludge. I installed LED headlamps as the stock incandescent ones were a joke for light. Yes, they're modern but I can see stuff at night! Like a black bear running across the road on a moonless night!
