The damping on the coil sprung rear on mine seems very firm so will leave that alone.

Are the factory rear shocks adjustable on their 5 Link setup? If so you can easily soften them up to give a more compliant ride, which is one of the big benefits of the 5 Link system.
No they are not unfortunately. It was suggested that type approval would be difficult to obtain if they were.
Using the severe skinny sleeping policeman in an Asda car park I was able to access that even with my front AVO shocks on setting 6, the rear were still firmer despite having full tank.
